Meet Valerie St-Denis

Originally from Michigan, Valerie came to Canada in 1982 and fell in love with the area.  After a successful career in the insurance industry, she left to raise a family and pursue her true calling in health care. She graduated from the Academy of Scientific Massage in Quebec and from the Institute of Kinesitherapy in 1997. She has an unquenchable thirst for knowledge and continues to upgrade her skills in many fields.

She obtained her certificate as a Certified Lifestyle Educator in 2006. She is certified in Management of Disorders of Insulin Associated with Age -Related Disease. She's also a Reiki Practionier, Certified Soma Energetics Solfeggio Tuning Fork Practionier and is completing her certification in Zenith Omega.
