Introducing Reiki Practitioner, Wendy L'Arrivée

Ottawa Reiki Practitioner, Wendy L'ArrivéeHi there!  You may be wondering what lead me on the path of Reiki.  My first experience with Reiki happened not long after my twins were born and I was feeling overwhelmed with the demands on my body and emotions.  A Reiki Master laid their hands on my head and within a matter of moments I could feel the pressure releasing itself from me.  I knew then that this was something that I couldn't explain but was grateful to have experienced it.

Reiki continued to present itself in my life over and over again and I could no longer deny the path that I was to follow.  I began receiving my certification as a Usui/Tibetan Reiki practitioner and, soon after, became a Master.

Reiki is a less widely known health practice but its success and popularity are growing.  It is a method of stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.  This allows someone to increase their energy allowing them to feel strong, happy and confident.  It is truly an honour to be a part of someone’s journey towards their full health potential.

As much as I get to witness the benefits of Reiki with my clients, I am equally blessed with being a part of my children’s health goals.  Reiki is beneficial to those of all ages.  It would be lovely if we lived a stress free life; however, most of us do not.  It’s good to know that there are choices we can make to improve our lives and thrive in the full potential we are all deserving of.
